David Chami received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan. David graduated law school Cum Laude and was nominated for the Outstanding Graduate award in addition to winning the Sandra Day O'Connor Prize for Public Interest for his work with valley youth. David joined Price Law Group in 2009 and manages the firm’s Arizona office. In addition to a robust bankruptcy practice, David exclusively handles settlement negotiations for Price Law Group clients seeking to settle with their secondary mortgage lenders. In his spare time David enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
Stuart M. Price
Stuart Price received his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles and his B.A. in Computer Science from Brandeis University. Stuart is a member of the State Bar of California, and the Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. Stuart was Chairman of the Individual & Consumer Bankruptcy Sub-Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association from 1998 to 2000. He served as an arbitrator with the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and as a judge pro tem in the Los Angeles Superior Court. He has been a guest lecturer in Bankruptcy at Merit College and speaks to a variety of trade groups. In 1991 Stuart founded Price Law Group, California’s largest debt resolution law firm, with offices throughout California, Nevada, Arizona and New York. Stuart received his real estate broker's license which allows him to be sensitive to the needs of Real Estate professionals as he handles loss mitigation-related real estate transactions. Stuart provides educational sessions to Realtor® Associations on how to effectively navigate the Short Sale negotiation process. When he's not playing with his two fabulous children, Stuart can be found in the kitchen making chili.
Mark D. Molner
Mark D. Molner received his J.D. from Creighton University, in 2009, with a certificate in International Law and Foreign Policy. Concurrently with the law degree, Mark also received his M.B.A. from Creighton University in 2009. He received dual B.A. degrees from the University of Kansas in Creative Writing and in Psychology, with an emphasis in Cognitive Psychology. Since returning to his hometown of Kansas City, Missouri, he became licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri (2009), the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri (2009), the State of Kansas (2010), and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas (2010). Mark is also a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Kansas City Power Group. Before joining Price Law Group, Mark worked at an Immigration Law Firm dealing primarily in corporate migration and was awarded an externship at The George C. Marshall Center for European Studies in the Bavarian city of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, working in the field of European Security and Collective Defense Strategy. Mark has participated in numerous cases involving commercial and residential foreclosure, estate planning, business planning, family law, and commercial litigation. In his spare time, Mark volunteers with The Volunteer Attorney Project of Kansas City, where he represents indigent and battered women in family law matters, and with The Kansas City Volunteer Attorneys and Accountants for the Arts, where he helps struggling artists protect their rights and achieve their dreams. Mark enjoys watching college basketball, cooking with his wife, and running with his dog, Dexter.
Tom Martin received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and his B.A. in English from the University of California at Berkeley. Tom is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice in the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, the District Court of Colorado, and the District Court for Southern Illinois. Tom is also a member of the American Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, where he received certification for completion of the Dispute Resolution Services’ training program as a mediator in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Tom litigated and handled claims in a wide variety of legal areas, including business, commercial and real estate matters, as well as lawsuits involving civil rights, employment, construction defect, insurance coverage & bad faith, products liability, environmental and professional liability law. Prior to joining Price Law Group, Tom was also a senior associate at a national consumer rights law firm, where he concentrated his practice in consumer claims arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Truth in Lending Act. Tom enjoys time with his wife and son, is a sports enthusiast, and loves to travel.
